  Professor Stefan IgnarWarsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS-SGGW) Poland, Warsaw

  Contact person at the applicant institution, is Head of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering at the WULS-SGGW. He has significant experience in development and management of Tempus programme projects. He acted as project coordinator in 10 different Tempus projects implemented at SGGW-WULS in the period of 1991-2001. Next he took part in 8 Tempus III programme JEPs as individual expert. From 2004 he was contractor of 6 SCM and 5 JEP projects in Tacis countries with two of them ongoing now. Most of above projects were devoted to curriculum development aspects and to Bologna process implementation. His good knowledge of Russian language will facilitate cooperation with project partners.

  Professor Marek Frankowicz Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland

  Deputy Head of the Jagiellonian University Centre for Research on Higher Education. He is Bologna Expert, Expert of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (expert works on qualifications framework, recognition of prior learning, university governance reform etc.) and Member of the Task Force for National Qualifications Framework. Member of the Expert Group for Domain-Specific Qualifications Framework (Domain "Agricultural Sciences"). He is Member of Chemistry Eurobachelor & Euromaster Label Committee. He was/is participant of various national and international projects concerning qualifications frameworks, curriculum design, competence profiles and quality assurance.

  Professor Bela MarkusUniversity of West Hungary, Sopron, Hungary

  Director of the Institute for Land Development, has acted in both of the roles of contractor and coordinator for many international research projects and he has also worked on other internationally based training projects and has gained experience in all of the necessary organizational skills. He also has fifteen years experience in development and organization of open, distance learning professional courses for land administration. Prof. Márkus was Dean of Faculty of Geoinformatics (2001-2008), Chair of Commission 2 – Professional Education at the International Federation of Surveyors (2007-2010).

  Assistant Professor Reinfried MansbergerUniversity of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Venna, Austria

  Institute of Surveying, Remote Sensing and Land Information at the BOKU and Deputy Head of Institute. His research work is focusing on Land Information, Land Administration Systems, and Photogrammetry. Within the last decades he was involved in several international projects focused on developing as well as improving land administration systems and on land use monitoring. He has lot of experiences in teaching using modern teaching and learning technologies (e.g. e-learning, project-based learning). He is the Austrian delegate and vice-head of a Working Group (Learning and Teaching Methodology of Commission 2 (Professional Development) of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG).

  Julius ErnstFederal Office for Metrology and Surveying Venna, Austria

  Deputy Director for Division for Verification and Cadastral Offices - Head of Cadastre at the Austrian Federal Office for Metrology and Surveying. He is senior advisor for cadastral information systems and land administration. He is also university lecturer for cadastre at the Technical University of Vienna and at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) and trainer for BEV in the field of “Cadastre”. Since 2002 he is the Austrian representative in the Permanent Committee on Cadastre in the EU, representative of the BEV in the "EULIS” - Program and Head of the Coordinating Committee of the Cadastre and Land registry Knowledge Exchange Network of EuroGeographics.

  Professor Hans MattssonRoyal Institute of Technology, Sweden, Stockholm

  Professor in the Division of Real Estate Planning and Land Law and Head of the Division. Last 10 years is specialised in upgrading and development of Curricula in the field of Land Law, Land Economics, Land surveying and Land Administration. His experience of such curricula development is related to Eastern Europe, Balkan, Post Soviet Union Countries and Eastern Africa. He is responsible for the Programme for Master of Science in Land Management for Eastern and Central Europe and he was responsible for Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency Support Programme for Development of Land Resources Management Education at Universities in Russia: 2004-2006.

  Professor Dr. Sergii ChernyshenkoUniversity of Koblenz-Landau, Koblenz, Germany

  Professor at the Institute for Economic Management and Computer Science. Specialist on mathematical modeling, optimization of dynamic systems. He is experienced university administrator and supervisor of Information Technology systems for university management. He teaches Modelling and Computer Simulation of Ecological, Social and Economic Systems and Data Analysis as a Part of Information Systems.

  Dr. Simon HeathAssociation for European Life Science Universities, Gert, Belgium

  Consultant working to develop a European dimension in teaching and learning in higher education in disciplines relating to the life sciences and the rural environment He is Secretary General of ICA. He led development of the European Accreditation Agency for the Life Sciences focused on accreditation of European international degree programmes. Formerly he was a senior lecturer in the Department of Agriculture and Director of the Centre for Computer Based Learning in Land Use and Environmental Sciences (CLUES) at the University of Aberdeen. Simon Heath has developed skills in project management, internal and external Quality, evaluation of a faculty’s strategic planning and university’s internationalization strategy.
